FAQ

Can't Claude or Cursor just fix it?

They fix code that crashes. An agent that answers politely and wrong does not crash. You find it only with tests built from your real cases, and those tests are what we build.

Do you need access to my systems?

Not for the diagnosis. A public URL, the system prompt or a few chat logs are enough. For the fix we start with read access, and we sign an NDA if you want one.

What if you can't fix it?

Then the diagnosis says so, and you pay nothing. You pay only for a fixed quote that you accept.

Do I have to move to a different platform?

No. We fix what you have, on your accounts. We suggest a rebuild only when it costs less than the repair.
